  • 1 green bell pepper, diced

  • ½ cup soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • Rice (optional)

Instructions

  2. Add 1 diced onion, 1 diced green bell pepper, 1 diced red bell pepper, and 1 diced jalapeno; sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.

  4. Drain excess fat from the pan; return mixture to the pan.
  5. Mix in ½ cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons black pepper; combine well.
