16 oz ground beef
12 slices turkey bacon
1 head of Romaine lettuce sliced
1 cup grape tomatoes sliced in half
1 medium red onion sliced thin
1/2 cup pickles
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup ketchup (sugar-free)
1/4 cup mayonnaise (sugar-free)
1 tsp white vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt for taste
Pepper for taste
1/4 tsp garlic powder (plus additional 1/8 tsp)
1/4 tsp onion powder (plus additional 1/8 tsp)
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together ketchup, mayonnaise, white vinegar, olive oil, and pepper to create the dressing.
Drizzle some dressing around the inside of a large salad bowl to coat evenly.
Add sliced lettuce, pickles, onions, grape tomatoes, crumbled turkey bacon, and cooked ground beef to the bowl. Toss gently until mixed. Drizzle additional dressing on top if desired.
