  • 1 medium white onion, diced
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 1 jar Primal Kitchen Garlic Alfredo Sauce
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • Olive oil and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder)

  2. Halve the spaghetti squash lengthwise and remove seeds. Season with olive oil and salt; place cut side down on a baking sheet.
  3. In a casserole dish, combine chicken breasts, diced onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
  4. Bake both the spaghetti squash and chicken mixture for 30 minutes.
  5. After baking, dice the chicken and scrape out the spaghetti squash strands into the casserole dish.
