  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Boil water in a large pot. Add the diced chicken and broccoli; cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
  3. Drain the mixture using a colander and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix in half of the cheddar cheese along with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Fold in the drained chicken and broccoli until evenly coated.

  7. Bake for about 15 minutes, then broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
