  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 13.5 ounces full-fat coconut milk
  • 10 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk (for glaze)
  • 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon water (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the crust, mix almond flour, raw cacao, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt until sticky. Press into a tart pan and puncture the bottom with a fork.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until firm; cool on a wire rack.
  4. For the ganache filling, heat coconut milk until simmering, then stir in bittersweet chocolate until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Whisk eggs with vanilla and salt; combine with cooled ganache.
  6. Pour filling into the crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are firm but center is wobbly; cool before refrigerating for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Prepare glaze by heating remaining coconut milk, maple syrup, and water; stir in chopped chocolate until melted. Pour over the cooled tart.
