  • 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and halve them if large.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk melted butter, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together.
  4. Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Mix in panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese, ensuring all sprouts are coated.
  6. Spread Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet cut-side down. Sprinkle any leftover breadcrumb mixture on top.
  7. Roast for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender and lightly browned.
  8. Serve warm with optional additional grated Parmesan cheese.
