  • 8 tablespoons melted butter (for filling)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter (for frosting)
  • 1 ⅓ cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 3 cups powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1/31/2 cup milk (for glaze)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free bread flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Mix warm water and milk in another bowl. Add to dry ingredients along with eggs and melted butter. Stir until a soft dough forms; let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. For the filling, mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly.
  4. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 pieces.
  5. Place in a greased baking dish, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese and softened butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
  7. Spread frosting over warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
