  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop PEScience Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tins with liners.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into muffin liners to form crusts.
  3. Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, egg, baking powder, and protein powder until smooth.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crusts and bake for 38-41 minutes until set.
  5. Heat frozen strawberries in a saucepan until they break down into a sauce.
  6. Cool cheesecake bites before topping with strawberry sauce and refrigerate overnight.
