  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free variant)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons old-fashioned gluten-free rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
