  • 2.5 lbs cooked & chopped chicken breast
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 large jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken using your preferred method (poaching is recommended). Once fully cooked, chop into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. Chop the turkey bacon into small pieces and finely chop the jalapeño.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
