  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 2 ½ cups coleslaw mix (or shredded cabbage)
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 6 slices Turkey Bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a cast-iron skillet, combine shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, garlic salt, and diced red onion. Add half of both cheeses.
  3. Mix until well combined, ensuring chicken is evenly coated.
  4. Top with coleslaw mix.
