  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Onion (chopped finely)
  • 2 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in dill pickle relish and Worcestershire sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until well combined.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, Swerve, and sugar-free ketchup for the sauce.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange shredded cheese in circles about 3-4 inches across. Bake for 6-8 minutes until edges are crispy.
  5. Once baked, place sauce down the center of each cheese circle followed by shredded lettuce and meat mixture. Roll up each circle carefully and let cool before serving.
