  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 8 low carb tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cooked ground chuck, diced tomatoes, water, and spices. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Layer about ½ cup of the chili mixture at the bottom of the casserole dish.
  4. Roll each hot dog in a tortilla and place seam-side down on the sauce.
