  • 80 g Chopped Green or Yellow Pepper
  • 145 g Chopped Red Pepper
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Canned Crushed Tomato
  • 1.5 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt or more to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Ground Paprika
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 TBS Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • Sour Cream for serving
