  • ½ cup (50g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp (9g) poppy seeds
  • ½ tbsp (7g) Truvia
  • 1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
  • 6 tbsp (90mL) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp (90mL) water

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, rolled oats, poppy seeds, Truvia, and lemon zest. Mix well.
  2. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and water to the dry mixture. Stir until fully combined into a sticky consistency.
  3. Shape the mixture into approximately 28 small balls using your hands and place them in an airtight container.
  4. Seal tightly and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
