  • 1 ½ C. Almond flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • 5 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • ½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ¼ C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp. Swerve granulated sweetener

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the crust, mix almond flour, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press into a greased 9×9 baking dish.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  4. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, heavy whipping cream, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour over the baked crust.
  5. Create the cinnamon swirl by mixing Swerve granulated sweetener and cinnamon; sprinkle over the cheesecake layer and swirl gently.
  6. Bake for an additional 30 minutes until edges are set but center is still slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for 2–3 hours; then cut into squares.
