  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 large bell peppers (any color), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers for about 5-6 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 7-8 minutes).
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and combine well.
  5. Reduce heat to low; add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish; layer provolone slices over it followed by shredded mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
