  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter (for greasing the casserole dish)
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups beef rind crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix cream cheese, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with butter. Spread chopped cooked chicken evenly in the dish.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken.
  5. Layer Swiss cheese slices on top.
  6. Combine beef rind crumbs with melted butter and Parmesan; sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
