  • ½ cup protein powder
  • ⅔ cup granulated sweetener of choice
  • 2/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. Add quick oats, protein powder, sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Drop mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are golden brown.
