  • 1 ½ lb peeled shrimp
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup white apple vinegar or chicken stock
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • Baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the spaghetti squash into rounds and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes until tender.
  2. While baking, season the shrimp with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
