- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/3 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tbsp water
- 3 drops red food coloring
- 1/2 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1 strawberry

- light pancake syrup

- In another bowl, mix liquid egg whites, Greek yogurt, water, and food coloring.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture; stir until just combined.
