  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons dairy-free milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Warm almond milk slightly, sprinkle in yeast, and let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
  2. Combine yeast mixture with sugar, oil, flour, and salt; mix until smooth.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until elastic.
  4. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. Mix vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
  6. Roll risen dough into a rectangle (¼ inch thick) and spread filling evenly.
  7. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 9 pieces; place on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Let rolls rise again for 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
